Eligibility Criteria for SEBI Grade A 2023
The SEBI Grade A 2023 Notification mentions that the candidate’s age should not exceed 30 years as of 31 May 2023. In simpler terms, applicants should have been born on or after 1 June 1993.
Educational Qualification and Experience
The mandatory educational qualification for the Grade A positions is a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised university or institution.
Candidates should have at least two years of post-qualification experience as an advocate (including association with an advocate’s or solicitor’s office or law firm) after enrolling under the Advocates Act of 1961.
For the Unreserved/OBC/EWS categories, the application fee cum intimation charges is ₹1000/- plus 18% GST. For SC/ST/PwBD applicants, the intimation charges amount to ₹100/- plus 18% GST.
