Amid a Success Rate of 86.59%, TBSE Announces TS SSC Supplementary Exam Time Table for 2023
The Telangana Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has officially released the schedule for the TS Secondary School Certificate (TS SSC) supplementary exams in 2023. This comes on the heels of the announcement of TS Class 10th results on May 10, where a commendable 86.59% of students passed the board exams.
Scrutinizing the TS SSC Supplementary Exam Time Table
The supplementary exams, essentially a second chance for students who have not cleared the regular board exams, will commence on June 14 and wrap up by June 22. The TBSE has expressed its intention to stick to this schedule rigidly, regardless of any potential public holidays declared by the state government. This clarity in the face of uncertainty is intended to ensure that students can plan their preparation effectively.
In accordance with the timetable, the board has instructed students to attempt the objective section of all papers during the final half-hour of each exam. The TBSE further cautioned that students who answer the wrong combination of question papers or appear in a different exam centre than the one assigned to them risk having their exam performance invalidated.

Analysing the Impact of the Supplementary Exams
The TBSE’s decision to conduct the TS SSC supplementary exams speaks volumes about its dedication to providing every student with the opportunity to succeed. This systematic approach is in line with the board’s commitment to reduce the number of students who drop out due to failure in the board exams.
It is worth noting that the decision to conduct the exams according to the schedule, even in the event of a public holiday, is an affirmation of the board’s commitment to the academic calendar. This discipline is a prerequisite to maintaining the integrity of the education system, especially at a time when the pandemic has brought significant disruptions to academic schedules worldwide.
Conclusion: A Move Towards Inclusivity and Persistence
The release of the TS SSC supplementary exam schedule showcases the TBSE’s relentless pursuit of academic excellence and inclusive education. The board’s measures reaffirm the tenet that every student deserves a second chance. By organizing these supplementary exams, the TBSE not only opens a window of opportunity for the students who couldn’t clear the regular exams but also inspires them to persist in the face of challenges, a trait that will serve them well in their future endeavours.
The meticulous planning and execution of these exams, amid the challenges posed by the ongoing global pandemic, truly reflect the resolve of the TBSE and its commitment to the betterment of education in Telangana.
